Brian J. Gibson

I have over 32 years of experience in the computer industry with over twenty years spent on commercial software architecture, design and development using DOS, UNIX, LINUX and WINDOWS platforms.

 My current focus is on Windows C#.Net, Web 2.0 ASP.NET and iPhone projects but I can assist with many types of software development projects from small to large.  I have started doing native iPhone development on a Mac OS X platform.  I created Anything Binary in 2008 as a portal to exhibit and share my work and interests.  More background information is available on my Linked-In page.

My Interests

I am an avid amateur astronomer and digital photographer.  I am a member of the Mississauga Centre of the RASC (Royal Astronomical Society of Canada).  I use Olympus digital SLR cameras and many examples of my images are in the Photo Gallery.  I enjoy experimenting with HDR (High Dynamic Range) photography which merges multiple exposure and tone mapping to bring out all of the details that a single exposure cannot capture.  The photo below is a combination of 5 exposures ranging from -2EV to +2EV.
